THE VENUE
First used in 1905, Shelsley Walsh is the oldest motorsport venue in the world still operating on its original course. Steeped in history, this legendary hillclimb has hosted some of the greatest names in motorsport – from Raymond Mays and Hans Stuck to the iconic Sir Stirling Moss, who was a proud patron of the Shelsley Trust, the organisation that helped secure the venue’s future with a 99-year lease.
Renowned for its unique atmosphere, Shelsley offers motorsport enthusiasts the rare opportunity to get up close to the cars, the action, and the drivers in an intimate and immersive setting.
The venue’s flagship event, Classic Nostalgia, returns on 18–19 July 2026 – and it’s shaping up to be the most spectacular edition yet! Expect a jaw-dropping mix of motorsport magic with everything from Formula 1 icons to flame-spitting rally cars and thunderous NASCAR beasts. Off-track, visitors can enjoy a full weekend of live entertainment, star driver appearances, Concours classics, trade stands, and family-friendly fun in a truly picturesque setting.
